Job Details Specialty: Family Practice APP Location: Whitefield, NH Hours: Monday – Friday with Flexibility (8A-5P) On Call: N/A Bill Rate: Based upon MGMA data: $115,000-$170,000 based on experience WRVU bonus potential – paid out in salary of the following year once the target is hit, 50% payout of anything above. Physician Workload Payer Mix: 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% commercial, balance is “other” Age Distribution: pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in the area Patients per day: Average 16-20 full-day office visits Scheduling 36 patient care hours, 4 admin hours Tertiary Care/Transfer Facilities Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon, NH – Approx. 1.5 hour drive or 20 min flight Catholic Medical Center (CMC) in Manchester, NH – Approx. 2-hour drive Requirements Must be COVID vaccinated 2 years of relevant experience EMR EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation Benefits CME time and money -up to $4,000 and one week Earned Time off is accrued and can be used for personal, sick, vacation; holiday bank (6 days per year) 403b, Medical/Dental/Vision, life insurance, STD/LTD packages available Relocation assistance of up to $9,000 rental assistance for the first 6 months (taxable), up to $10,000 of moving assistance Sign-on/commencement/retention bonus possibility (paid out in installments)
