Job description

• 2 Full Time and 1 Part Time NP Opportunity.
• Schedule is pending and will come shortly on full scope
• PRN, PT and FT coverage schedule options this coming summer.
• Start: June timeframe
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Sunday 8A-8P
• Flexibility on schedule and specific days that provider would like to work
• Mileage Reimbursement
• EMR: Athena
• Support Staff: Onsite Clinical Supervisor (Physician), 2 Additional MA/NP’s and OM
• Patient Census: 15-20/Day
• Mainly scheduled patients with a few walk ins
• 20-30 minutes a visit
