FP/IM need in Rural AZ!

Job description

Performance Period: 3 months with options to extend out a total of a year.
Schedule/Shifts Times:
• 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday
• Fast track hours, some weekend on call
Call Requirements: Very minimal call, but willing to take it 1-2 time over 3 months
Patient Ages: All ages, or adults if IM.
Types of Cases: Outpatient, and Acute care
Scope of Work:
• 16-20 patients daily
• Direct Outpatient care
• Scheduled on call, on rotation
• Some tele-med, in person but patient remote
Requirements:
• Must be Board Certified
• Completed US Residency
• No Loss in licensure or suspended license
• No lapse of greater than 6 months leading up.
• Unrestricted DEA II-V
• 3 years of FP or IM experience or 4 years of residency
• Minimum 6 months in FP or IM outpatient setting.
