Job description

Please call if you can help in Arizona! This outpatient clinic provides outpatient care for patients primarily aged 65 and older. It is open Monday through Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm. The preferred schedule would be 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts w/Friday off.
• 04/08/2024 – 12/31/2024
• Duties include Acute care, Annual Wellness Exams, Follow Up Visits, Surgical Clearances, Hospital and ER Follow Ups, etc.
• Cerner
• Excellent Rate +Travel
