Contract Length: Through 12/11/2025

Shift Details:

In-house regular hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

On-call coverage: 2:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Level 1 inpatient setting

Work Details:

Full NICU coverage

Patients per day: ~5

Beds per department: 33

EMR: Not specified

Highlights:

Full NICU coverage in a Level 1 inpatient setting

On-call responsibilities included with structured shifts

Temp privileges available to expedite credentialing

Requirements:

Board Certification in Pediatrics – Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine required

Arizona license required (or eligible for temporary privileges)

PALS certification required

Minimum experience: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
