Outpatient Family Medicine – Non-Production Care Model

Our client is seeking a part-time or full-time Primary Care Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. Highlights:
• Manage only 10-15 patients per day
• Predictable workweek - 20 to 40 hours, flexible based on the candidate
• Few administrative hassles – no billing or coding, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take work home)
• $250,000 - $285,000 base salary plus 10% quarterly quality bonus
• Benefits include malpractice, health/dental, paid vacation, CME & retirement

Qualifications:
• Board certified/eligible in family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics
• Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required
• Procedure experience is a huge plus
