We are looking for a Primary Care Physician (FM or IM/Peds) for a direct primary care clinic that will be opening in January 2024 in San Jose. The physician will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles at an employer-sponsored clinic. • Manage only 9-12 patients per day
• Predictable M-F workweek
