FT FM or OCCMED trained physician
M-F 9a-6p
On call would be a plus but not required
3-4 patients per hour
Suture/splint/cast
Working solo with clinic manager/x-ray tech/MA
Need BLS/DEA/DOT
Will do T&L but no flights
