California Family Physician Need

Job description

Will take FM, IM, or GP
Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p: Thursday has to be 10a-7p; 1 hour lunch
Fremont location has availability for physician to work on the weekends as well
21 patients per day
Has MA, RN, and LVN support, as well as head office manager is an MA as well
Can cover Travel and lodging
3 week credentialing, Can hire in a week
EMR: Epic
Would like a 6 month contract
No On call, 40 hours, no opportunity for OT, unless approved by staff
