The Position:• Join an established practice alongside 2 MD's and 1 NP• 100% outpatient role with no call• Option of a 4 or 5-day work week• Option to work with underserved patient population and/or Spanish-speaking patients alongside 1 other experienced MD (if desired)• Compensation package includes a base salary starting at $275,000, yearly retention bonus of $30,000, relocation and sign-on bonus of $20,000, full and comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME, and more• Monthly residency stipend available for traineesThe Community:• Live and work in an affordable city of 500,000 people located in California’s Central Valley without the high cost of living.
