A well-established, mission-driven community health organization on California’s Coast is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope outpatient Family Medicine while serving a diverse, appreciative patient population — all while enjoying life in one of the most desirable coastal regions in the state.

Position Highlights
Outpatient Only
5x 8s or 4x 10s
22–24 patients per day
Procedures: Full range within Family Medicine; preferred experience includes pap smears, minor lacerations, MSK injections/aspirations, and biopsies

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $270,000
Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $400,000 with productivity, quality bonuses, and supervision incentives
Signing Bonus: Up to $50,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000
Full benefits + retirement

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
California medical license (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification
Eligible for Medicare/Medi-Cal; not sanctioned by CMS
New graduates and visa candidates (J1/H1B) welcome
