Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician located in Canton, CT for a Locum Tenens position.

Requirements:
Specialty: Family Medicine/Primary Care
Certifications: Board Certified, ACLS, DEA
State License: Connecticut (IMLC accepted)
Education: MD/DO
Experience: PEDS experience required
EMR: EPIC


Details of the Opportunity:
Scope of Work: Average 20 min sick visits; follow ups; ER discharges; 40 min hospital discharges, annual physicals, well child; low peds.
Support Staff: 2 FT RNs; 4 FT med assistants


Additional details:
Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Feb 2024 (6 month contract)
Preferred Schedule: Full Time needed
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
No weekends or holidays
