FP/IM Needed for Outpatient Clinic near Chicopee, MA

Job description

• ASAP-Ongoing
• BC/BE
• Mon-Fri 8-5
• 8-10 patients per day (Still a busy day)
• Mostly an older patient population
• Need someone who is truly comfortable with primary care in a complex patient population.
• No call, no weekends
• Support staff: RNs, Health Coaches. Provider should be comfortable working with a team/delegating
• They operate off of their own EMR system

• 8-10 patients per day
• Full support staff and mid-level support
