Job description

- Located in Clinton or El Reno Oklahoma
- 6 month contract, with the ability to extend
- Credentialing timeframe: 6 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Standard Outpatient Primary Care cases
- Treating all ages
- Facility uses EMR, will train
- ANY STATE LICENSE
- DEA, BLS required
- Travel and lodging provided
