Chronius Health is launching a first-of-its-kind virtual primary care practice dedicated solely to providing comprehensive and personalized care to patients with invisible illnesses or complex chronic diseases (Sign up or sign in for contact information). We are seeking a physician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing an innovative healthcare model that prioritizes ease, empathy, excellence, and efficiency in the delivery of care. The role will start in a part-time/hourly capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time employee with a robust compensation package including equity as the patient panel size grows.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual appointments with patients, providing comprehensive primary care services and addressing their unique needs related to invisible illnesses or complex chronic diseases.

- Oversee care coordination for patients, working closely with Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants and other care team members to ensure seamless and high-quality care delivery.

- Participate in case reviews and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to make informed decisions on patient care management.

- Take an active role in content creation for marketing and branding efforts, contributing expertise, insights, and engaging narratives that reflect the empathetic and patient-centered approach of Chronius Health.

- Take an active role in iterating and improving upon processes, protocols, and the set of care delivery tools.


Qualifications:

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and valid medical license in Florida (or willingness to become licensed to practice telehealth in Florida).

- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

- Expertise in primary care, preferably with a focus on chronic illnesses and/or telemedicine practices.
