Job description

• Highly prefer Local candidates, T+L is possible and will be considered
• Shift options: M-F shifts 8-9; Saturday, Sunday and Holiday 9-5; variable shift days M-F 8 a.m. – 5 p.m
• Expectation is 40 hours per week.
• 16 PPD
• EMR: ECW
• Support: Clinic administrator, medical assistants, front desk personnel, currently recruiting LPN/RN
• Ramp up: Formal on-boarding and then peer mentorship with direct support from medical director.
