We are a well-established Internal Medicine Practice seeking a 50% partnership opportunity in Orlando Florida. We are well respected, busy practice with a loyal patient base and strong referral network. The ideal candidate be a Florida-licensed physician with a strong commitment to excellence, long-term partner, eager to grow within our organization and community with strong expertise in performing high quality patient care.


Practice type: An established, independent, physician-owned practice


Partnership track: This position is a 50% partnership-track role, including the terms of the buy-in. For example, "Partnership available after one year, with no buy-in required" or "50% partnership track with defined buy-in structure" - TBD.


Compensation and benefits: A guaranteed base salary plus a productivity bonus. Along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k), health insurance, and CME allowance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Orlando, FL for an Internal Medicine Practitioner. The role involves owning 50% of the practice while managing day-to-day clinical tasks such as patient care, diagnosis, and treatment. You will also be responsible for administrative duties, managing medical staff, collaborating with other physicians, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.


Qualifications

Possess strong diagnostic and treatment skills for internal medicine
Experience in practice management and administrative tasks
Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff and other physicians
Must be board certified in Internal Medicine
Experience in managing compliance with healthcare regulations
Medical degree and valid state medical license
Experience in owning or managing a medical practice is a plus
