Rate: 150/HR
Expenses: Flight, Lodging, Rental Car, Mileage if local
Setting: Outpatient Geriatrics Clinic
Certs: Active FL license or IMLC/LOQ, BLS
Boards: Certified Geriatrics Preferred, but will take Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with Geriatrics experienced
Start: May 25th, 2026
Schedule: Mon-Friday on weekly basis, some flexibility. 8a-5p hours. Ongoing need until perm hired
EMR: Epic
Other Info: 2 sites staffed by 3 physicians each site. This will be a long term need. Open to Locum to Perm.
Care Team consists of MA's, LPN's Referral Specialists, and Social Worker shared access.
All physicians have telemed capable services
Clinical Model focuses on proactive preventative care and advanced care planning.
PPD: 14 patients per day max for pre-planned visits. They do accept walk-ins.
No Call, No weekends.
Will accept an APP in lieu of a Physician.
