About the clinician's workday

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services to adult detainees Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a correctional facility setting. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing 15-20 patients daily, and delivering primary care services for routine medical conditions. The position requires board certification with no call requirements and involves working collaboratively with the site medical director, behavioral health team, physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, and licensed practical/registered nurses.
