Dates: May 20-24 and 28-31 / 9 days total

Schedule: Mon-Fri 830a-5p

Where: Riverdale location only

Certifications: Active GA License, BLS, DEA

Support Staff: 1 MA per provider, front desk staff

Procedures: “bread and butter” family medicine; preventative care, health screenings, chronic management

Patients Per Day: approximately 20-30

EMR: ECW
