Job description

Schedule: Min. 3 days/week (Tues/Wed/Thurs preferred) | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | No Call
Start Date: ASAP | Ongoing contract
Location: Outpatient clinic
Patients per Day: ~20
Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
Must Handle All Ages (Womb to Tomb)
Board Certified
GA License in Hand (No IMLC)
BLS Certification
21-Day Credentialing
