Located in Montana

ANY STATE LICENSE
-Dates of coverage: ASAP start (roughly 6-8 weeks to credential)
-3-6-month initial commitment with the ability to extend coverage
- Estimated start date: -
April
-Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
-Treating all ages
- Roughly 10-15 patients per day
-4 exam rooms
-Facility handles point-of-care lab work on site
-No X-ray on site, patients needing higher level of care are sent to Fort Belknap
-Facility uses EMR
