PRN FM Physician Needed in Idaho

Job description

• Type of locums provider requested: Board Certified Physician
• Dates of open needs? 6 weeks
• Number of patients seen per shift? 15-18
• Census of patients: 80 % Adult, 5 % Peds, 15 % Geriatric
• Shift/Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
• EMR System: Athena
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care/Work Comp/Occ Med
• Certifications Required: All required state and federal licenses current
• DOT: YES
• DEA: YES
• Support Staff: 1-MA, 1-LPN
• Can credentialing ASAP.
• Will take someone with some Background
• Wants to make a decision in 2 days after presentation
• DOT-But will take someone who is willing to get it, do not have to have the DOT at submission
• Suturing and Splinting, physicals
• Will cover Travel and Lodging
