Job description

"Primary Care physician needed - Boise, ID
- BC or BE: Family medicine or Internal medicine
- Coverage dates: Feb-May 2024 initial contract, with the ability to extend
o Tentative credentialing timeframe: 8 weeks
- Weekly schedule: Wed-Thurs-Fri, working 8-hour shifts (usually 8a – 4:30p)
- Average 15 patients per day, all adults, all male (this is a male corrections facility, no female offenders)
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Contract physician(s) shall follow all established medication policies and procedures.
