CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
*Active IL License
*Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible within the last 12 months of completing residency
*Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION
MTW- 8a-5p 3 days a week.

PROVIDES TRAVEL AND LODGING ARRANGEMENT

JOB INFORMATION
*15-18 patients per day
*Standard family medicine clinic shifts
*No procedures or call coverage
* Support Staff: Full time NP and additional MD works part time Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
*EMR: EPIC
Time to credential: 45-60 days
