Location: Chicago, IL
MUST speak Spanish
PPD: 12-18, seeing ages 5+
Schedule: Monday-Friday can do part time-3 days/week
Scope of Work: outpatient primary care
Assignment: 3-6 month initial commitment, 2-week credentialing timeframe
