Job description

Location: Rockford Metro Area
BC or BE in Family Medicine
Assignment: ASAP-3 month initial commitment, credentialing less than a month, locum to perm
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Scope of Work: outpatient primary care, ambulatory only with no hospital call responsibilities
