Job description

Location: Chicago, IL
MUST speak Spanish
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:30p (will accept minimum 3 days/week coverage)
EMR: Athena
Assignment: 60 day credentialing timeframe, minimum 3-12 month initial contract
PPD: 15-18, all ages
Scope of Work: outpatient primary care
