Location: South Bend Metro Area
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p, ONLY two days/week
PPD: 20-25, seeing ages 2+
Scope of work: OccMed urgent care, ability to suture, splint, read and interpret X-Rays, DOT physicals, workers compensation
Assignment: 1-2 week credentialing timeframe, 3-month initial commitment
