Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Dorchester, MA for a Locum Tenens or Permanent position.

Requirements:
Specialty: Primary Care & Outpatient Clinic
Setting: FQHC
Education: MD/DO
License: Massachusetts
Certifications: BC/BE - BLS
Patient Population: All ages, no OB
Years of Experience: New grads accepted

Details of the Opportunity:
Average Caseload: 15 mins visits, 30 min visits so approx. 10 patients per day.
Are you willing to look at applicants who do not fit the exact schedule of need/flexible: YES, will accept any availability

Schedule:
Hours 8:30-8pm M-F
Saturdays 9-1
No Sundays

Salary:
Locum: $120 per hour
Permanent: Negotiable based on experience
Perm has great benefits discussed upon interview
Hotel Covered: If over 60 miles
Mileage Covered: Provided if over 60 miles an hour
