**Outpatient Primary Care Provider Needed for Locum Coverage at Community Health Center in Bangor, Michigan**

Job description

A community health center is seeking an outpatient primary care provider for locum tenens coverage. The facility is open to MD/DO/NP/PA providers with outpatient primary care experience, that have seen all ages.
The facility is located in Bangor, Michigan.
The schedule is a 40 Hour work week Monday-Friday with one late start/night per week.


Assignments Length: 3 or 6 month assignment with option to extend
Start Date: ASAP
Credentialing: approximately 4 weeks
Scope: outpatient primary care
Patient Population: all ages
Patient Volume: 20/day
EMR: Eclinical Works
Support Staff: other physicians, NPs, PAs, and MAs
Travel and Lodging: expenses covered if necessary
