Family Practice Physician
• Michigan State license
• Off on holidays
• M- F
• 8am-5pm
• 2-3 Week Credentialing
• Need end of month (June)
• Patients: 3-8 a day could see a rise as they add more provider
• 90% patient is native population
• Standard Family Practice Outpatient

• M-F 8-5pm set schedule
• 2-3 week credentialing
• Off on holidays
