· NYS License, BLS, ACLS

· ASAP-ongoing

· Monday – Friday only (No weekends or holidays)

· Evaluate, Treat and Prescribe, involved in Community Outreach Programs a well

· Other providers supporting

· EMR used E Clinical works

· Credentialing time frame: 7-10 days
