-Board Certified only
-Will take a provider willing to do -3-5 days a week
-3 month assignment with option to extend
-Mon-Fri 9a-5p
-Children 6 months and older
-15-18 patients per day
-Mileage or Public Transportation reimbursed w/ receipt
