Job description

• Family Nurse Practitioner (NP's ONLY)
• MUST be able to see ALL ages
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, Wed 12p-8p and one Saturday a month.
• Ages: 1-99 years
• 20 patients/day
• EMR-Athena
• Appointments and Walk-ins, normal visits including Diabetic and Obesity populations, other staff on-site
• NOT open to T&L at this time, open to considering mileage reimbursement
