CHC need physician help in NY

Must be BC in Family Medicine
M-F
8a-5:30p (no weekends or nights)
Truly seeing ALL ages (cradle to grave)
Basic primary care
Must be comfortable in CHC space and dealing with underserved population
Full support staff
EMR: EPIC
Must have NY License, DEA, BCLS, and Medicare/Medicaid
Average credentialing timeline 30-60 days

• 6 month assignment
• Full support staff
• 3 days a week is possible for a "ROCKSTAR" candidate
