Physician needed in NY - Queens area

Job description

BE/BC strongly prefer BC
Dates Needed: ASAP-Ongoing
Needing provider at the end of the month
Mon, Tues, Fri
16-25 patients per day
Basic Primary Care (i.e. sick and well visits)
Provider will have 1:1 MA
Credentialing time 1-2 weeks
No T&L
EMR: ECW (experience is a major +)

• Will accept FP or IM
• 3 days/ week only - 3p-8p
• Basic Primary Care and Chronic Cases
