The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to psychiatric patients Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing a unit census of 9-20 patients. Clinical responsibilities include conducting H&Ps, charting, progress notes, medication lists, and prescriptions while conducting daily rounds and check-ins as needed. The position involves call requirements to be negotiated and includes working collaboratively with a full behavioral health support team per unit including psychiatrist, psychologist, advanced practitioners, and nursing staff.
