• Duties: primary care
• Required Procedures: none
• EMR: Meditech
• Support Staff: nursing, reception, clinic manager
• Reason for Coverage: loss of providers at both clinics

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
• Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc. 6-15 patients per day in clinic - no call or hospitalist duties
