Job description

-Primary Care Facility seeking NP/PA/MD
-Basic Physicals, dealing with colds, strep, and generic Primary Care details
-14-16 patients per day
-8a-4p; 4 days a week; can be M-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
-Provider should expect 30 hours a week, they will need to work one Saturday a week for 4 hours and that week will correlate to 34 hours
