Specialty: Family Practice Provider
Start Date: 3/1/2024
Contract Length: 9 – 12 mos
Shift Details: Mon - Fri
Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm
•Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time with Call 5 times per year
Department description: Standard Outpatient Clinic shared with a PA
Patients per day: 18+
Patient population/age: Infant - Geriatric
Support staff: LPNs, MAs, MOAs
EMR: EPIC
Skills required: Standard Bread and Butter
Board Certification Required
State license required: PA
Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
