Job description

• Family Medicine – Board Eligible or partial Family Medicine Residency completion
• 2 years of experience in Family Medicine within last 3
• ANY state license, BLS, DEA
• 3-6 months with extensions
• July start
• Clean background
• M-F 8 hours per day
o between the hours of 8a-8p (usual shift = 11a-8p)
