Family Medicine Physician needed for Locum Tenens coverage in Houston, TX!!!

Job description

-Houston Gardens location: 5005 E Crosstimbers St, Houston, TX 77016
-Looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician with geriatric experience or have seen all ages
-Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
-Age Range: 65+ and up
-Certs: BLS, DEA
-Support Staff: Onsite MD (Medical Director), 2 NPs and collaborating physician to help with patient care if need (MEDICAL STAFF RESOURCES ON CALL AS WELL)
-Day to Day: follow ups, examinations, patient care diagnosis/care management
-Start: November ASAP
-2 month assignment (extensions are 60 days at a time)
-7:30AM-5PM time schedule
-FP/IM Rate: $125-$130/HR
-Procedures: Suturing
-18-20 PPD
-EMR is clinic owned proprietary (Would like someone who is well versed with lots of different EMRS
