Job description

• Patient volume 15-20 per day.
• Thursday-Friday 10-6 one early day 7am Thursday or Friday.
• Need regular hours but can be flexible so that we can be available for various shifts.
• Primary care plus some occupational health
• on-going coverage
• DOT IS REQUIRED but can be obtained after presentation

• ASAP
