Job description

Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time or part time Dentist for an FQHC setting located in Martinsville, VA.

Requirements:
Specialty: Dental
Education: DDS
License: Virginia
Certifications: BC/BE

Facility Details:
This office sees a total of 40-50 appointments per day total staff.
Patients per day average for DDS will average around 8.
E-Clinical Works
Dexus for radiology imaging

Total Support Staff:
2 front office, two assistants, one clinic manager and 1 DDS.

Schedule:
Office hours are: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Benefits:
A full time provider will be eligible for a 20k signing bonus as well as a 20k loan repayment offer.
