License: Virginia
Certifications: BC/BE

Facility Details:
Patients per day average for DDS will average around 8.
E-Clinical Works
Dexus for radiology imaging

Total Support Staff:
2 front office, two assistants, 1 clinic manager and 1 DDS.

Schedule:
Office hours are: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
