About the clinician's workday

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services managing 15-18 patients daily across all age groups with no call requirements. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, and treating acute illnesses while maintaining accurate documentation in Epic EMR. The position requires working either 5 days with 8-hour shifts or 4 days with 10-hour shifts (Tuesday-Friday option), with 36 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours weekly, collaborating with medical assistants, patient registration staff, population health nurses, and other primary care clinicians.
