• Wednesday & Thursday availability
• Possibility to add Monday and Tuesday
• Open minded to other areas of care
• 8-10 patients per day
• 100% Adult 18+
• DEA
• 3 months with possibility to extend
• 30 minute telehealth
• 45 minute per in person patient
• 60 minute per new patient
