DESCRIPTION:
• ASAP need and Ongoing!
• Forensic – Adult IP
• Monday – Friday, Plus On-call for nights and weekends, will not exceed 24 hours of call per week.
• Facility hours are Mon – Sun.
• 40 hours per week, even if called in overnight, weekends, or holidays.
• ALL RATES CONSIDERED (bid for interview closes by 12/13)

REQUIRED:
• NY state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified with 1-year minimum experience, post-residency/training.

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
