JOB NUMBER: 47073 (near Buffalo) + 41084 (Hudson River) * *

DESCRIPTION:
• 40 Hours a week; Monday – Friday; 8am - 4pm

• The Locum candidate may work in a variety of prison-based settings – specifically the Intermediate Care Program (ICP) which is like a day treatment type of program with our SMI population, the RCTP (Resident Crisis Treatment Program), TrilCP (Transitional Intermediate Care Program), Residential Rehabilitation Unit (RRU) and Special Housing Unit (SHU) and infirmary.

• Candidates will also be asked to complete evaluations (2PC, Capacity, and treatment over objection).

• Providers will have their own office with caseload and will write prescriptions or renew medication orders for continuity of care.

• Candidate needs to be self-sufficient in terms of tasks support staff would typically provide.

• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word.

• Candidate must have good interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and work well with the clinical team.

REQUIRED:
• NY state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified with 1 year’s minimum experience post residency/training.

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.) - ALL RATES CONSIDERED (bid for interview closes by 3/6/24).
